About Philippe Daouphars

Philippe Daouphars possesses a unique skill set and extensive knowledge of the Philadelphia real estate market with over 25 years of experience from which he draws upon. His clients benefit from his hands on experience and broad background, which he enjoys sharing with both first time home buyers and well seasoned investors.

Upon graduating from LaSalle College High School, Philippe pursued his under graduate degree in electrical engineering from Lehigh University and received a Master’s degree from Stanford University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Following his strong entrepreneurial desires shortly after graduation, Philippe began his career by transforming under-utilized properties into some of Philadelphia’s most popular restaurants and nightspots. During this time Philippe conceptualized and oversaw the construction of eight different hospitality concepts in Philadelphia. Through his early career experiences, his passion for the real estate field began to blossom. After divesting himself of his hospitality businesses, Philippe focused his full attention on what had become his true passion, real estate. Being recognized for his visionary talents and proven accomplishments, Philippe was asked join forces with several local investors as the managing partner of a small real estate development group for which oversaw the daily operations which included single family renovations, condominium conversions and new construction projects in Philadelphia, New Jersey, New York and Delaware, with project budgets up to $10,000,000.
