About Paul Rhodes


Paul Rhodes has been involved in the Philadelphia real estate market since 1999 as an investor and has won numerous sales awards as an agent since he was voted "Best New Agent" in 2003 at Prudential Fox and Roach in center city. He joined the Coldwell Banker Preferred team in 2007 and has consistently been a top producer for the company. His knowledge of the Center City Real Estate market and suburbs is unsurpassed and his negotiating skills are superb. He outperforms the industry averages for net sales price for buyers and sellers and and is known for his accessibility to his clients. He graduated from Albright College with a degree in English and Biology and has extensive real estate education and graduate level continuing education from Schlicher Kratz Real Estate Institute, Jefferson University, Temple University and University of Pennsylvania among other intuitions. He brought his skills to the Noah Ostroff team at Coldwell in September of 2010 and has led the team associates in closed transactions. His partnership with the Noah Ostroff team has been extremely successful and the team leads the company in numerous categories. Paul specializes in Residential and investment sales in the Philadelphia Real Estate market and is well-known for his excellent work with first-time home buyers and investors.

I sold a house in the Graduate Hospital area. I was renovating the property and had more than a few construction struggles. When I was ready to sell the house we interviewed 4 or 5 agents and landed with Paul. I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

Paul went out of his way many, many, times to ensure that not only was the house ready to show, but that it was ready to sell. He would stop by the house (while still under construction) and give me a call to let me know of the progress, what was working, and what needed further attention. He worked around the construction materials to put together a set of wonderful pictures which showed off the house beautifully and made it look completely finished.
